EVERY BUSINESS AGREEMENT YOU ENTER WITH EPHESUS OFFICE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. OFFERS THE FOLLOWING ASSURANCES:

LIFETIME PERFORMANCE WARRANTY

We will ensure that your equipment performs to the manufacturer’s specifications for the lifetime of your contract. If we are unable to repair your machine in your office, we will provide you with a free loaner machine until the repair has been completed, or replace it with one of equal or greater capability.

SERVICE RESPONSE WARRANTY

We will respond to your emergency service calls in less than four (4) hours within the Greater Albuquerque Metropolitan Area during our normal business hours of 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except observed holidays. If the response to your office exceeds four (4) business hours, you will receive a 5% credit voucher toward your next purchase or monthly payment on our Total Solution Program. Special provisions are available for after-hour and weekend services. We will see that you have 95% uptime with your equipment.

EXPERT WARRANTY

We will dispatch only certified technicians to diagnose symptoms and correct a problem. To assure product performance we will install factory modifications and feature updates at no additional charge.

CUSTOMER CARE WARRANTY

We will provide the following services upon request: 1) Equipment Programming, 2) Supply Stocking On-Site, 3) Customized Reporting, 4) Remote E-mail diagnostics and meters.

UPGRADE WARRANTY

We recognize that your needs may change through growth, consolidation, and advances in technology. Therefore, we will provide upgrade solutions based on the equity in your current system when it is under a Technology Plus agreement, lease or purchase. Under our Total Solution Plan, you may upgrade with us at any time without an interest penalty.
